Vodafone India — multiple bills generated in a month | |||||
Hello, My name is n swamy, i was ported to jio network from vodafone india on march 2018. From 22-may-2018 my mobile number was suspended from jio. I already paid my post paid bill amount every month on time, while porting time also i paid exceeded amount that monthly bill generated. Even i cleared amount vodafone is requested to jio to suspend my number due to their mistake. As i verified with vodafone care, they generated multiple bills on march without intimation me.
