Vodafone India Mumbai Circle — Billing related issue not resolved after more than 1 month follow up. Outgoing service is deactivated | |||
I am using 2 Vodafone postpaid numbers. Bill was issued to my number [protected] as 1083/- with ISD charges approx. 700 Rs. where as ISD facility is not on any of my Vodafone number. I wrote more than 7 mails to corporate [protected]@vodafone.com, I made several calls to 198 Vodafone complaints but there was very poor response from Vodafone. Till date there was no rely for mail wrote to Vodafone on date 02.01.2016. From date 11.01.2015 out going calling facility was deactivated. on date 14.102016, there was a twice call from Number [protected] as it was told that pls pay 704/- and rest of amount will be adjusted in next bill and after receipt of payment with in 1 Hrs. out going facility will be activated. as per discussing on date 15.01.2016 bill amount 704 was paid but till time 18.01.2016(07:18 Hrs.) out going facility is not resumed. in last 2 days I had received 3 calls from 3 different employee of Vodafone to pay bill, I explained all the details mentioned in this mail to them they agree and assure to resume out going facility but it was not activated and bill for this month is generated with out adjusted agreed amount. pls look Devdatta Was this information helpful? | |||
