Vodafone India — my all services deactivation without any information

I have prepaid number [protected]. I unable to send sms or call by this number then i ask to customer care many time for reason they not given proper answer to me & misguide to me. Several time they give me different reasons like "i have no sufficient balance, sim validity, wrong sms settings etc." & i follow them instruction & after that i done validity recharge, balance recharge, message setting etc. But still no any services has been activated on my number. Now i am unable to contact customer care so how i can resolve my problem?
