Vodafone India — My bill limit 1000 rupees but vodafone generated 2816.16 bill amount

My bill limit 1000 rupees but vodafone generated 2816.16 bill amount i paid already as good will customer but I want reward of 2816.16-1000=1816.16 rs as right so how can increase to much bill amount and what definition of LIMIT?
