Vodafone India — My connection i disconnected after paying bill of rs1800.

Hi,
I am Mayumi Boruah and using vodafone services from last couple of years and now my connection is disconnected because of some misunderstanding. I had two corporate numbers which are [protected] and [protected]. I disconnected [protected] in july last year in which i paid all the pending amount.
Now my number which i am currently using is [protected] is disconnected after paying 1800rs of bill. I had a word with vodafone store they said that I have to pay 350 rs more for the phone number which i have disconnected in June last year now they are kind of blackmailing me to pay 350 more of [protected] to continue my services of [protected].
In the last bill of [protected] they generated a 98 rs bill by mistake but i again went to the store and they said that this is vodafone mistake you don't have to pay the bill and then i got confirmation call from your side. now my phone [protected] is disconnected because of that and [protected] number is already assigned to some kulkarni in September so how could vodafone generate bill on my name again. Please do some thing.
I will not pay that amount because thats not my mistake. So please solve this issue and start my number [protected].
