Vodafone India — My data pack deactivated after stop request to 1925 | |||||
My number is [protected]. I frequent use internet pack of vodafone. This time i activate my pack with 126 rs at 3aug2016 which was valid upto 30aug2016 and company given me 1249mb data for use till above mentioned date. Today at 10aug2016 i called at 1925 to stop my internet because i don't want to deduct my main balance amount. According to trai notification number pr-43=07082015 every customer can stop internet with use of 1925 but my data pack also deactivated from company. I want to know what is the use of 1925. According to trai we can stop internet but we can use internet via data pack... So why you deactivate my data pack. Hello...I got a message of activation of some value added services and my balance has been reduced after the message.I called to toll free number given for deactivation of the services...but I didn't get my balance back.Please do help me as soon as possible

I choose vodafone postpaid after MNP and prchase a sim from vodafone store palwal(VFS02) on last friday on[protected] and the no. is still not entertained . As todfay is day no. 7 please make it fasdt for me... ...
