Vodafone India — My deposit amount not updated and my connection got disconnected and my another connection got barred | |||
I get my Vodafone data card ([protected]) on Feb 2015 month, when I get the connection Vodafone executive told me to pay Rs.1000/ as deposit amount which will be adjusted by my subsequent bill amount. But that amount was not updated my account and when I check with customer care they only told to pay my bill amount and they did not properly respond about my deposit amount. When I am continuously sending mail, they ask me to provide the executive details and when I replied with executive name and mobile number on 22nd May and till now I did not received any reply from customer care and suddenly my another Vodafone mobile number got barred even I paid my bills correctly. I need immediate action on my queries and need to release the barring in my another number. Was this information helpful? | |||
