Vodafone India — my mobile no blocked without my request

Dear team,

This is to inform you, that my number [protected] is not working since last 6 hours. I got message saying it is been blocked by TRAI due to some reasons and customer care at vodafone gallery said it is blocked for 10 years. I have not requested to close this number [protected].

All my banking and other services are linked with this no. I have also completed KYC for it.

Hence, kindly look into this as priority and activate my number as soon as possible. Very difficult to work without mobile no working. Need quick ACTION on it.
