Vodafone India — My mobile no disconnected for last 20 days`-[protected] | |||||
Pls note, I had transferred my mobile no.[protected] from corporate to individual a/c by submitting all the documents on 28th feb and was given new SIM card..I was told that my mobile no will be activated in next 48 hours but it is remained disconnected for last 20 days.I have visited local gallery in Thakur village Kandivali –east many times ..In the beginning I was told that your systems were down, then again on 5th March that it will be activated on 7th …I was one again told that it will be activate on 9th but when I visited today to your local gallery you person in the Gallery lamely replied that it is IT related problem Does it take 10 days to solve the problem ..Is this the kind of service level which Vodafone provides There is no reason that my mobile is disconnected for so long..pls note my no is company paid no I cannot keep the same discontinued for so long.. A VERRY VERY POOR service..Can this be done in next 12 Hours??????? Was this information helpful? | |||||
