My number is illegally transferred to some other person and now not restoring it. Due to this i have lost the opportunity of 10 lakhs. I already wrote a letter to their customer care, appellate office Email ids are "appellate delhi (Del-ne), vodafone india" Sunil. [protected]@vodafone.com (Md) Ceo. [protected]@vodafone.com (Ceo office) Vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafoneidea.com This is not sim replacement issue. My current sim number is[protected] h-1 gf. It's a fraud case by your service agency & agent. Even the earlier sim services was active and one fine day it stopped working. And finally i visited to the rajouri garden which i mentioned in trail mail and they check that packs and services are active but unable to trace the reason of disconnection. Though they changed my sim free of cost. And next day it got activated for 4 hours. Since 22nd december, even after the sim replacement done. The same problem persists. Moreover, interesting fact is once the number again got active on 23rd dec 2018, sunday, a person called on my number and asked that this number belong to someone else and they have been in touch from past 1 week though. I said this number is with me from past 4 years, how come someone else have a clone of this number.. And on 23rd dec 2018, again the number disconnected in next 4 hours. I am amazed that without getting the background check and verification done, how come this number got active to some other sim. This is case of clear fraud with me. And i want to know the agency / service agents name who are doing this kind of fraud. I believe they have case history of each and every client in crm, why this at first instance happened. Now, i am more interested in knowing the who is service agent and agency and will definitely complaint against vodafone and agency in consumer court for fraud case happening. Why vodafone is not disclosing the agent name who activated the service on other sim apart from the one i have provided with a genuine details. Number is still inactive, even after 7 days.
