Vodafone India — My number [protected]

Dear Sir, i am highly disappointed with the service of vodafone and i feel no transparency. every month i have to complain regarding some number or other. it is too harassing and wastage of time. now my complain is for number [protected] registered name Nikhil Jhunjhunwala.Firstly i had not asked or requested for any change in the plan. my plan was automatically changed without my permission and i was just send a message about it being changed. and i would like to tell you that sending sms intimation does not help. you can not keep changing my plan and adding new packs and sending msg. sending msg is no justification for activating unwanted services or changing my plan unnecessarily. firstly, i had not requested for any change in plan for my above mentioned no. secondly please check the bill in which there is no discount given on usage charge and i have calls only within the group.then how come my bill is so high. i do not see any "transparency" in this not do i feel there is "accurate system of billing". i have also been charged Rs5/ for international sms and i do not have any international number so it is not possible that i have send any such msg. I want to increase my credit limit Rs 9600 to Rs 15000 for this have already sent many messages along with talk to customer care at 111 and 198 even also visited vodafone stores but still have not got ant possible response & thus the credit limit does not increase my credit limit as possible so that i can use your service easily & smoothly... For this I have loadge many complains at customer care but till my problem remains the same. Now, I am really fade up with the responses I got from your side. Thus, kindly look after in this matter and solve my problem as early as possible.
