Vodafone India — my plan got changed without my permissions (automatically) | |||
Hi, This is to bring your notice that vodafone had changed my existing plan from 49 rental to 299 monthly rental without my permissions. Upon checking with their customer care, i was advised that they have sent intimation through email/message however i cannot find any email or message in my messages or email. I visited the store and also they advised same however there is no email/message notice sent to me, they also told that the existing plans are no more active and cannot revert back to the old plan and i have to pay the bill according to their new plan. I have another vodafone number having same plan still active, upon asking why so they replied saying soon this also be deactivated. I'm receiving their messages (in fact a messages about recommendation about their new plan but not like that they are going to deactivate my plan soon). This is a cheat and not acceptable. I was advised by the customer representative at the store that if you have any query send email to the vodafone support on "appellate.[protected]@vodafoneindia.com" however there is no response since last 15days from them. How can they just change the plan without my agreement ? Please take some serious action on them. Was this information helpful? | |||
