[Resolved]  Vodafone India — MY PLAN NOT GET CHANGED

DEAR SIR/MADAM: I am karthik raja.m .i had take a vodafone postpaid connections (mobile number [protected] &[protected] & [protected]) on oct4 2014.at the time of i am taking connection i had asked plan (vodafone to all mobiles 30paise & 600 free )minutes & 200sms per month per month rental rs.199 ).but then later i came to know that some other plan has activated to me i raise a complaint regarding this to your customer care service people by 13.10.2014 (complaint register number[protected]. for the same i had raised complaint more than 4 times please check the same .but still my complaint not get resolved .Kindly take a proper action against the same
