Vodafone India — Mydala service deactivation and activation | |||||
Sir, a mydala service offer tie up with vodafone telecom prepaid that send a sms to customer. I dialed given ussd code for mydala and tried to check what offer they give.in main menu i select a option "buy some deal" and it did not give a chance to read a brif about deal and 49 rs deducted from my account. That is very wrong since they must either brief the offer or give confirmation option before activatiin of any scheme/offer. Please do needful to avoid such a robbery in future.
