@vodafonein [protected] disconnected due to negligence of your staff. Visited clocktower secunderabad br on 14-9-17 to change post-paid - pre-paid. Dues paid same day. Told it will be done soon. Called 199 & visited branch several times. No action. Tweeted to @vodafonein a week back. Standard reply 'will call shortly' am a senior citizen, a heart patient and diabetic.
