Vodafone India — Net work problem for around last 10 days — have written mails but the problem is not being addressed

Dear Sir, We are facing major Net Work issue in our area for the last 10 odd days in Karanchi Khana Area of Kanpur (UP) -- we have been wrinting mails but the company is not doing anything Firstly we cant make phone calls and if we do manage to make one the voice is in audible and the Call Gets Dropped we have taken 3G services form vodafone and are corporate customer of vodafone -- the service bar on the hand sets is changing from E to G to 3G to 3Gh or it is totally ZERO We have come to know from unconfirmed sources that they have shut down some tower in our area and that is why we are facing this problem. HOW CAN THEY DO THIS -- ALSO IT IS THERE MORAL RESPONSIBLITY THAT THEY NEED TO GIVE US PROPER SERVICE -- EVEN THE GOVERNMENT IS ALSO WELL AWARE OF THE SAME We humbly request you to please take some action as we are in no position to fight these HUGE and DEEP Pocketed companies, we simply want proper services as our business is getting badly affected So please help and guide Warm Regards Rajeev Gupta c/o Omega Life Sciences 24/23, Karanchi Khana Kanpur - 208001 Tel.
