Vodafone India — network and internet issue, pathetic customer service and careless attitude | |||
I've been facing network and internet issue since 15-20 days, I had visited Vodafone Store which is located in Thakur village three times, two times their systems were not working. But when I got the customer service person, I explained him my issue and he said I will get a call back in 24-48 hours of time or they will communicate via email. But they never called me. I've been experiencing these since past few months. I'm using Vodafone services since Past 17-18 years, paying my bills on time so I can expect some good network and services from your side. My entire family and friends are facing this internet issue, I also gave few numbers to your executive and it's still unresolved. Please let me know if you are going to do something about it or else we can look for another service providers. My friends are really happy with Airtel! I can hardly use internet services facebook whatsapp etc you give me straight and final answer that are you capable to make it right or not because there is a tower of vodafone in my company and 26 collegues as well all they will change thier service provider becoause of me... So kinly answer me soon or resolve my problem because i have recharged so i have to bear it till recharge end i have to recharge only 100 rs o[censored]nlimited call because i am continiously only for calling not for internet. i AM SUFFERING THIS SERVICE JUST BECAUSE OF 200 RS BALANCE IN MY SIM AND 509 RS RECHARGE WHICH I HAVE DONE OTHERWIISE WHO IS GOING TO WISH THIS REDICULIOUS SERVICE AFTER 40-45 DAYS WITHOUT SOLVING ISSUE.
