I have shifted to Electronic City in Bangalore last year June that is June 2015. Till date I have raised many complaints regards to same issue, rather I went down to their store and got a negligible answer from them " They said-we can only take complaints; back end team has to work on this", which is okay. When I raised complaint via so far called customer care they took the complaints each and every time I call them and closed the complaint stating there is no response from the customer. If there is no network in the area where I stay then how I will be available for these people to contact me.
Below are the complaints which I raised in 2015

[protected] raised on June 24, closed without resolution
[protected] raised on June 27, closed without resolution
These all are related to same issues, no one came to the area and checked for the issue. When there is a physical issue how can that be solved via call. I have requested for a network booster in our area as this problem faced by all. I even reached to vodafone's corp care and nodal center, but no use.
In this year I have raised below complaints and its indeed closed stating no response from customer. I'm fed up with this company and raising this complaint here hoping that I will get the resolution.
