Vodafone India — Network Data Issue and Unprofessional Behaviour with Customer | |||
my 3g is not working & i m facing the same problem from more than a month, regarding this i called to customer care after few days and said them to resolve it, they tried to do it but was unable then i again after few days called to your customer care then i said that please transfer my call to your senior and register my complaint that the service is not working, kindly resolve it or take my complaint that your service is become poor day by day and i will do the portability in airtel then the executive said that please sir be online i will transfer your call but after few minutes of waiting he avoid my call and cut my call so it is very unprofessional behavior if you can not handle your customers and service then move your company from INDIA, i again request you resolve it ASAP otherwise i will take you into the courts and forums as the problem is still existing from more than a week. i am very unsatisfied with your customer support, i also request you to take an appropriate action against it and kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i will do the portability of my mobile numbers and will take you into the court and forums. my mobile no is (Nine Eight Nine One Three Zero Seven Zero Zero Seven) Was this information helpful? | |||
