Vodafone India — network issue and internet issues

My mobile number [protected] have a big issue about the internet even when i receive a call also there is no clear voice im using this sim since 10 year now im facing a problem because of this issue im unable to contact my my near onces i can contact them only on (Whats app) or social networking application.
Kindly solve this issue asap
