Vodafone India — network issue and pathetic customer support

1. Facing network issue for last 4-5 months. Not only network but internet also runs slow..

2. Called ur customer care today 18 Oct and want to complain about ur rep who attended my call. Did not even bother to understand my problem..wen iasked him to get me someone senior..his responsibility in vry rude way that senior will not be talking to everybody explaining the same..such kind of cx service is not at all expected from Vodafone standards

Need solution to both the problems else I will switch to Airtel or Jio and will share this experience on social media ...twitter.facebook etc.
