[Resolved] Vodafone India — network issue | |||
I am a Vodafone customer from last 12+ yrs and wanted to draw your attention to a serious network issue which I am facing from last 15 odd days. I am residing in sector 1** Noida and from last 12 days I am getting no network in my flat(I am residing there from 3yrs and never had issues in the past). I have logged complaint @ customer care and haven't get any positive response and my complaints were closed without even consulting with me and the update given to when I called them was " Technical team said they have maximum coverage in that area". As, Vodafone is striving for adding additional tower every hour my only question is pls focus on the existing towers as well.On 14th Feb 2018 (from 1 to 1:10 pm) only 10 minutes networks were up and running for me normally and that made me happy persuming someone had worked and resolved the issue. Considering the factors above what I can say is there is some issue with the existing towers in my area. Since it is not a new site and was working properly and now have issues(resolved for 10 mins as well).I would request to align expert technical team on ground to check the exact issue and resolve it ASAP Was this information helpful? | |||
