I am faceing unbareable network issue on vodafone. I live in royal palms, arrey colony, goregaon east, mumbai, maharashtra, 40065. I was trying to connect to the customer care regarding the issue and waited half an hour to connect the call, and then it got disconnected. Anyway, on 20th of march 2020, i've done a recharge of 599, i. E 3 months plan and is valid till 11th of june 2020. Now the problem is, its next to impossible to use the service. It hardly connect a call, someone is unable to reach my number, i am not able to use the internet properly, and so on. The network over here is too poor to adjust. I never expect such network issue, specially from vodafone. And therefore, i have been sending back and forth mails to vodafone, asking them to discontinue the plan and refund the amount as i am unable to use the service. They send me the reference numbers 3-[protected]. But everytime they are avoiding the soution and suggesting me the same thing, to replace the sim on sim! Slot and all.
