Vodafone India — network issue cannot call anyone not able to receive calls | |||
Dear sirs Vodafone service for the last 10 days has been bad and am unable to understand how come suddenly it has gone so bad when we never had any issues with vodafone. I am not able to make any single calls without getting dropped or the other party cant hear me, the same with anybody calling me its gets cut or no one can hear. I recharged my number with 458 plan on 27th April 2018. The plan worked fine until yesterday but now i am charged from my main balance when the pack is clearly valid till 17th july 2018 and is an unlimited calling plan. Resolve the problem or refund my money
