Vodafone India — Network issue, complaint filed with customer care, but not yet resolved | |||||
I am facing connectivity issues with vodafone at my residential address and elsewhere too. I cannot connect to webexs and internet payment gateways also dont work. I filed a complain on customer care on 1st march, but still i am facing the same issues. They assured it will be resolved within 4 -5 days but all in vain. Its preposterous that i pay them so much money every month! Plus when i am insisting on talking to a senior at customer care center, they just keep your call on hold for ages and dont transfer! (Mr. Amol sudke was in front of the lady i was speaking to over call on customer care, but asked her to tell me he is busy on another call!) Absolutely pathetic Was this information helpful? | |||||
