I have been using Vodafone for almost a decade now.
but I think the service has now gone worse to worst.
I have been logging complaints on the helpline no 198 and have also received calls from customer care but all they give is talks and were not able to resolve my network issue.
I am a prepaid customer and have been using the 2G plan as I don't require mobile data when am in wifi (most of the time)
This was working ok until lately.. but off late I have been facing issues with data connectivity. and I am tired of complaining. they said it could be because my sim card was cut into a nano sim. the network issue was on and off before the card being cut. and this card working perfectly even after cutting it.
Also I have checked with my colleagues and friends, no one else in the same area faces this.
Vodafone - Please do not make excuses for the poor service, instead try to resolve it. Was this information helpful? |
