Vodafone India — Network issues not getting solved and Irresponsible customer care behaviour
I got ported to Vodafone from Idea on 15th of Aug and since then I have been having issues with the network on my mobile phone. I reside in S.R. Nagar, Hyderabad and when I'm in my locality I have problems making calls to my friends and relatives on another network and likewise they have problems reaching me. The message would be either "out of coverage area" or "network not reachable". I have also subscribed to 3G services but even 3G doesn't see to be working fine. Out of our locality the calls are better but 3G serices have the same problem. I reached out the customer care the very next day and since them I have been continuously following up with them for the resolution but in vain. I have to say I have witnessed the most irresponsible and careless behaviour from the vodafone customer care. They have no care or concern towards the customers problems. I opened a case with them with reference #[protected] and they have just closed the case without my consent and when I asked them whether they are not supposed to check with customer before they close the case, the only reply i got was they don't care what I think or expect and would just follow their process. This is just absurd and they proved themselves to be useless and worthless. I'm fed up with calling the customer and already working on switching to a different network. I've realised that I made a mistake choosing Vodafone. Thanks. -Ramesh Ayyagari Was this information helpful?
