Vodafone India — network not available in my locality | |
Dear sir, We are the regular customer of vodaphone from last 3 yrs. We stay at purba burdwan dist. Now the service of vodaphone is becoming poorer & poorer day by day. The phone while talking get disconnected very often, data connection not available. The reception problem is always there. Our mobiles are just purchased new one not even 3 months. Already so many time i'm complaining in customer care but still now not solve... Every vodafone users face this problem. Why such problem??? Whenever i try to avail any service by calling the recorded message is played in tamil which i cannot understand.How to change it to english?

communicated with Vodafone on 9th March
But till 10th March balance showing as 0.00
communicated with Vodafone on telephone and they said amount will be refund but still neither refund nor recharge.
