I have been using vodafone network since very long time. I have network problem at many places out of which at my home location it is very pathetic. Call drop, internet connection, 2G-3G change over etc. problems are very common. I have been complaining to customer care, nodal, appellate from last 3 years but I get response with same reply from initial complaint. Their favourite statement in the email is "As a part of the overall network improvement process, which is continuing, the situation in your particular area will definitely improve. We request your kind forbearance in the interim."
