Vodafone India — network problem in vodafone prepaid mobile | |||||
Sir I have vodafone prepaid mobile 4g connection (Mobile no is-[protected]) along with unlimited data and calls pack. My connection is 4 month old. But vodafone service provider is totally failure to give the service 4g data and voice calls simultaneously. I have already complaint 3 time to vodafone care through mobile and online also. Vodafone engineer also visited the site. And actually agree with me that is problem in voice calls due to network problem of vodafone. Vodafone engineer and vodafone officer also assured me to resolve my problem but after passing three to four month there is no any solid action taken by the vodafone service provider to resolving the problem. Sir These service provider is cheating with the customer and taking payment of 4g but service is providing only 3g/2g It is requested that take action accordingly if they are not able to service 4g than refund my recharge amount.
