Hello,
I've been observing that from last two months quality of my mobile network connection has drastically degraded. My 4g connectivity along with the call quality both of them have been impacted. Despite of having 4 g connection internet sleet on my mobile is less than that of a 2g connection. And the problem is not just being faced by but also by my family members who have vodafone connection as well as my colleagues in my office. So, this is not just the problem with my connection but across the network. I did raise a complaint to vodafone informing them about my problem. But, nothing has been done so far. My complaint reference no. C004-[protected].
