[Resolved]  Vodafone India — new connection not activated even after 6 months but billing started

I had Relocated to Delhi Permanently from Karnataka ( Bangalore ) in January' 2015. I had requested Vodafone at the Customer Care Number, Nodal & Appellate Level for a New Connection. Its been 7 Months, and till date there has been No Response from Vodafone, Delhi & Gurgaon Levels !! Seriously attrociuos Customer Service from an Organization like Vodafone ! As shared above, considering i have Relocated to Gurgaon, I also need a New Local Vodafone Connection. I had requested Vodafone to send the customer service personnel to visit my house & get related documents like address proof etc, but even after '7' months, there has not been even a single response. When i contact, Nodal Karnataka, the action is so prompt & Immediate, why within the same organization, there is such change in Customer Service attitiude, when it comes to Delhi-NCR, Haryana ? Finally after Repeated Mails, I got a New SIM in August'15. However, now when I get the New SIM & Number, because of some Incompetency of some Vodafone operator, I am being asked to Call for Tele - verification again and again ?? On 11th August'15, at 18:14 pm Full Tele Verification Details were Given. When till 21:00, Number was not Activated I had again called to verify the Status. However to my Irritation, I was told to again Verify the Details ?? Which I did not because I was Frustrated for the same thing we repeated again !! How many times does Vodafone want the Customer to Verify the details, when Services from your Organization stands Incomplete and Incompetent to Finish a Customer Task or Service in 1 go !!! I have shared the Details in writing to Vodafone also ( same details as Tele-Verification ). There will be No More Tele Verification Calls from me. Had enough of Repetitions. If Still Vodafone cannot provide Services, inform the same as I have No Issues in Moving to Airtel, where Atleast I will not be Harassed for Repeatedly for the Organization Incompetency. !! This is Absolutely Atrocious and Shameless for a Customer Oriented Organization like Vodafone !! If the Appellate Authority has even the Slightest meaning for the Definition of Customer Care, the Appellate Authorities should Call and make sure the Connection is Activated at the Earliest. Today, the 22nd August'15, when i helplessly again called up Vodafone for Tele-Verfication, I was Told though the Number is Not Activated the Billing Cycle has started from July'15. The Mobile Number even after Repeated Messages, Mails & Calls has not been Activated, but the Billing Cycle is Activated ?? I WILL NOT PAY VODAFONE A PENNY & I WANT to Penalize the Organization & for the Pathetic Services & Harrasing the Customer.
