Vodafone India — New sim: internet data exhausted | |||||
I had bought a new sim and got it activated in june 5th, but from the very first day, it gave error : "data usage exhausted" (attached). Whereas, i have used 0 mb internet, as it never worked. Complaint was submitted and customer support seems to be really helpless in resolving it. they keep calling every 1 hr, asking if it started working. I wonder, how would it work, when you are not doing anything?? Please understand, internet is the basic necessity and its been a week, vodafone didn't come up with any solution!! I used a no its in daily use but one day my no goes to not reachable without giving any notice they disconnect my no and re issue to another person
