Am rajesh mr from [protected] a postpaid customer, facing the issue on ur network for several months and logged many complaints on the same many times in past 18 months. At present am having 178 gb of data which cant be used due to poor network coverage, the voice quality signal is also very very poor that for every call i need to run out of my building which is just 10ft away from the road to get the least signal. One of my ticket number is[protected]
For all complaints am repeatedly receiving the same response that "yes sir we have an issue on our network which will be sorted out asap" and tickets have been closed without my knowledge.
And my simple question is why i need to pay for the product which is not working as said and i think i have all rights to take back what i have paid for it. Was this information helpful? |
