[Resolved] Vodafone India — No network in civil lines call dropped multiple times | |||||
Hey, i have raised issue multiple times in last one week. There is no network for calls in the area of civil lines. The bars show full but impossible to call or talk. They are asking to wait till 20th of October which is 2 months since the issue started. i am attaching the conversation also where the seller help had no solution or knowledge of said problem. They are not aware of the issue either, nor can they give status of towers in my area. I am paying 24k per year to them and they have not been able to resolve my network issue or call drop issue.
