Vodafone India — No network in the area | |||
I have been facing network issue from last July 16. There is absolutely no network in my building, I have written several email to vodafone through my no. [protected]. After several calls and follow up they sent an engineer to check how bad is the network. After understanding there is absouletly no network, they approached me to check whether the building will allow to install vodafone tower for coverage, which my building refused it. Niw there response is since your building refused to install the tower we are helpless and this will be rectified only when we get the place near your area for tower. On their website they show excellent network in the aris, on what basis, nobody knows, it is totally false, this is misleading the customers, just to increase their customer base. Since they claim excellent signal in my area, the onus lies on them to take immediate action to rectify my network issue which is long pending. Or they should organise an individual nano tower or similar thing to resolve this issue. Else remove the claim of excellent network from their website. Was this information helpful? | |||
