Vodafone India — no. not in use. already requested for block but still getting calls daily

[protected]- this no. was used by me only for 3 months from august to october. after this my this no. was lost. filed complaint in vodafone a lot of times. still after all this i paid around 1450 rs. in january. at that time i called shabbir joseph( the person from which i was getting all the mails for payment reminder)the person said that now on you will not receive any bill or call for this no. i have deactivated it from here. now i am again getting calls and mails that i have to pay 360 rs. i have the proof of this in mail as well. so do you make your customers fool lke this. i am still using vodafone postpaid no. from 5 months and paying its bill before even its due date. why you guys are trying to fetch money withput the person even using the sim. i really need its solution ASAP. i will not pay any bill now for [protected] this no..deactivate it.
