Vodafone India — no proper response for deactivation of postpaid connection

Hello Team,
I have stopped using Vodafone Postpaid connection([protected]) of mine from month of January 2019.And I have asked for the itemized bill also. Still now I have proper response from the service provider and I am unable to pay through online. Kindly help me out to resolved this concern immediately
