[Resolved] Vodafone India — no proper service | |||
I have recharged for vodafone unlimited pack of 82 days as earlier there were no network lost issue before recharge. As soon as i recharged with the unlimited plan there was no network most of the time and i was unable to make call or use the internet at all. I spoke to the vodafone customer care and they gave me a false hope of selecting the network provider as idea which was not the solution. After then whenever i have been trying to call them on there helpine number, on taping the number for connecting with the agent, the option gets diverted to the same statement and no call is being connected to the agent. They are simply playing with the issues and greviences of there customer and getting no help to them. I am having a great regret to chose vodafone and in a great urge to get my money back as i have been chaeted with the network provider. Was this information helpful? | |||
