W. R. T ticket nos.[protected] raised on 17 oct. 2017 &[protected] raised on 26 oct. 2017, i would like to bring to your notice that, i am postpaid user (Red 999 plan), since more than 15 days i am unable to access internet or even do basic browsing.
There is no range on 3g network (No network) & on 2g network also unable to use data service. I have been continuously following up with your customer service but they are just giving false assurance but not giving any resolution yet. The backend data team did not contact me either, however customer service gave me commitment of resolution within 24hrs. Yesterday.
The previous ticket on 17th oct. Was also closed without even taking confirmation of resolution from me. If such kind of worst, customer service continues, then i shall have no other option but to discontinue with vodafone. Its better to change service provider in this case. I also need waiver of rs.1300 that i paid for the internet service, that i could not use due to such poor service. Was this information helpful? |
