[Resolved] Vodafone India — no signal in side the house

My mobile number is [protected]. I can not able to use mobile phone and Internet on my smart phone because of poor signal. The Vodafone keep on saying that they are taking action to improve. After repeated complaints, yesterday ( 22.09.2014) Vodafone deputed a networking person who has visited the house and confirmed that there is no signal and mobile phone can not be used . I asked for inspection report which they said that the do not have such practice. Every month I pay the charges for which I can not use. When I asked for refund of my payment. I can not be allowed to even to know to whom I have launch the complaint.
