[Resolved] Vodafone India — no solution provided | |||||
Hi recently in the month of December I ported my number from Airtel to Vodafone. Expecting a good service and network in Bangalore. Out of several disturbance I raised a complaint over network issue. Cx told that some technical people will sort this issue that technical engg. Clearly said this problem can't be solved. We are sorry. When i asked for refund for the money invested by me, they simply hung the call. And they don't even care about providing some back up for the situation. Very foolish immature cx customer care people. They don't even know what to talk and what problems a customer is facing. Sometimes they say it's my handset problem, where I'm using latest version mobile where other networks work very good that Vodafone Let's say problem is with particular location, but why I faced fxxx problem while I traveled all over Bangalore and Hyderabad for last 3weeks. I missed several calls several business calls, lost plenty of opportunities. Im looking for a value for money. I need my money back or proper response. .I shall go to consumer court.
