Vodafone India — No tower to receive or call to else

It is very unfortunate that the Vodafone or Hutch is not available in our School. So I want to lease land to make Tower within our School so that we can get better facility from Vodafone or Hutch in our School. The BSNL will not be able to provide us better facility.
