Thanks to tel this you took 3 days, I spoke to one your colleague and told to contact I should have contacted to the person who reach recharge incorrectly in 24hrs. But same day i called more than 8 times to customer service( KA, Delhi and Rajasthan). I also spoke to a manager in Delhi but no one told this to me. I cannot do another step by sending to appellate. I want you to do a refund or i[censored] can recharge same value to other number..
