Hi, I am using postpaid mobile connection of vodafone company.My mobile no.is [protected]. My complaint is regarding non activation of Mobile No. after payment of bill.The details of bill payment is as under : Vodafone Mobile No :[protected]Subscriber ID :1.72659108Payment Amount (Rs Ps) :289.00Payment Date :[protected]:04:34Transaction ID :AHDF[protected]Payment status :SUCCESS Since then I have waited for 1 day.But still my no. is not yet activated.I have tried to contact their customer care no. twice which costs to me Rs. 11 & Rs. 8 from other mobile, but still I was unable to get response from customer care service.They have not connectedme to customer care executive. They have given me mobile no.[protected] on my email for any assistance and query .I have tried twice but did not get any response from that no. I wrote several mails but didn't get any reply of email from the company yet.Since morning I am unable to receive any calls from my office also.I am having telephonic meetings which I am unable to attend due to this. I am mentally harassed due to this situation.I have never experience such a worst customer service in my life yet. just resolve my problemas early as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
