[Resolved] Vodafone India — non activation of postpais no sonce last 10 days

I am using the prepaid with my Vodafone no [protected] since last 4 years. I feel to migrate the same no with postpaid plans. Thus I handed over all related docs as requested by Vodafone personal on 29th Nov 2014 and he assured me it will take 2 to 3 days to activate the same after migration and handed over the postpaid sim. I waiting since then to a activate the my postpaid sim. Now the most pathetic thing happened from yestraday my prepaid sim has been deactivated and my postpaid still not active. I not able to contact with family and friends/colleagues. It’s not an end I try to contact the customer care they put me on hold till 30 minutes and disconnect the phone. Please look over the matter and do needful as earliest.
