Vodafone India has charged me for the BBM plan and is not providing me with the internet service from past 4 days and today the 5th day (It means that my Rs.12-15 are wasted without any use). Despite of making calls to the customer service center of theirs the people people working over there are unable to solve the problem or not forwarding my call to the senior executives. I called 3 times to the customer center and the people are not responding nicely. Sometimes their computer gets hanged or due to technical problem they are unable to forward the call. When they can't operate well internally how can they expect to operate such a big company ?
