Vodafone India — Non receipt of Gift | |||
I was having prepaid connection of Vodafone. My number is [protected]. Before 4 & half month i got converted the same to postpaid connection. at that time the dealer was committed that i will get assure gift after 3rd bill cycle. As per their instruction i applied for the gift in time. How ever more then 40 days passed but still i have not received my gift. I complain many times to their gift dept. but they are failed to resolve my problem. They said that they have already despatch through Overnite Courier long back & they will deliver the same in day or two, but nothing has been done so far. Please guide me what to in this case. Shall i file the suit in consumer court? First party would be Vodafone & 2nd will be Overnite courier. I felt that i am cheated by both of them.
