As i have already complained so many times with your customer care and by writing emails to you but no action has been taken by yet. i am feeling very pity to say that i am not able to access internet in my phone for that i have visited your customer cares, and by calling on the call center. but the problem as it was.
now i would like to stop my services with Vodafone and want to change my number into prepaid again.
As you are aware that this is my corporate connection and from the date of activation i am not able to access internet.
it feels unhappy, poor and pathetic customer services has been provided by the esteemed customer cares.
so please look into the matter and do the needful.
