[Resolved] Vodafone India — not able to connect to customer care or activate plans | |||
[protected],. I recently ported from vodafone postpaid to prepaid. When i was in postpaid the service was very nice, but when i changed, i was behind them for 2-3 weeks but nothing happened. I am not able to customer care. Went to the nearest vodafone store told the problem, they told it will be rectified but no response. Contacted custcomer care from a friends number a said the problem, and was told will get back to me. No mail, no message, nothing from their end. Waiting for sim to become 3 months old so that i can port to some airtel or something. Enough of this. Was this information helpful? | |||
